Very nice instant messaging software for mobile phones.

Besides ICQ, AIM, MSN, Yahoo! and GoogleTalk that everyone out there has right now, this one has some nice extra features. Like Push-to-Talk or the one I like most, RSS push, that pushes RSS feeds to your phone in real time. It's Java so it probably runs on most phones out there.
