Mobile phone gambling specialist Probability said on Tuesday it had placed 1.7 million pounds ($3.3 million) in shares with IPGL, a vehicle led by Michael Spencer, the chief executive of interdealer broker ICAP (IAP.L: Quote, Profile, Research).
