Nvidia unveils its first mobile phone CPU

Dubbed APX 2500, the 65nm-built chip features a 750 MHz ARM 11 core and an image processor, a pair that provides support for 12 megapixel imaging, 720p decoding and graphics performance that matches desktop GeForce 6 GPUs.
