Microsoft to start charging for Windows Live Msnger Mobile

Reports are popping up all over the internet of a message that is appearing on Windows Mobile phones when you try to log in to Windows Live Mssenger. I can confirm I have just tried to log into the service from my Touch Dual on Vodafone UK and sure enough I received an on screen message as below:
